After I finished mopping my floor, I called the front desk agent to come get the cleaning stuff and she said no.
She got me a mop and bleach AND I HAD TO CLEAN MY OWN BATHROOM! I cleaned up dirt, pee, and pubic hair off my bathroom floor. The front desk agent claimed neither were an option because she was the only one working. I went to the front desk with the wash cloth and stated I needed house keeping to come clean the floor or move my room. I wiped some more on the floor and the filth was something I never thought I’d see in a Hampton Inn as I stay in them at every chance I travel. I went into the bathroom and wiped it up with a wash cloth. Dried up urine my son had walked on in bare feet. He came out and said there was a spot on the floor, turns out it was dried up urine. Upon checking in at the Hampton Inn Dover last evening my son used the rest room in our room.
